The planets in your birth chart form aspects.
Each aspect is an angular relationship and according to the angle they’re identified as neutral, harmonious or discordant.
There are three neutral aspects, three harmonious aspects and four discordant aspects.
Your chart’s aspects are recorded on an aspect grid.
The grid consists of squares with the symbols for the planets noted down the left side and across the top.
If a planet listed across the top forms an aspect with a planet listed down the left side the aspect’s symbol and power, harmony or discord score is recorded in the square where they intersect.
Zodiacal aspects are recorded to the right of the shaded line and parallel aspects to the left. A minus sign (-) measures a discordyne score.
Each aspect has a power score. Some have a harmony score; some have a discord score and some have a zero – no-harmony–no-discord – score.
A conjunction aspect has a power score and zero harmony and discord. If it involves Venus or Jupiter it has a harmony score; and if it involves Mars or Saturn it has a discord score.
A Venus-Mars and a Jupiter-Saturn conjunction have zero harmony and discord.
A semisextile aspect has a power and harmony score.
A semisquare aspects has a power and discord score.
A sextile aspect has a power and harmony score.
A square aspect has a power and discord score.
A trine aspect has a power and harmony score.
An inconjunct aspect has a power score and zero harmony and discord. If it involves Venus or Jupiter it has a harmony score; and if it involves Mars or Saturn it has a discord score.
A Venus-Mars and a Jupiter-Saturn inconjunct have zero harmony and discord.
A sesquisquare aspect has a power and discord square.
An opposition aspect has a power and discord score.
And a parallel aspect has a power score and zero harmony and discord. If it involves Venus or Jupiter it has a harmony score; and if it involves Mars or Saturn it has a discord score.
A Venus-Mars and a Jupiter-Saturn parallel have zero harmony and discord.
Birth chart aspects
Birth chart aspects map thought-compounds built into your soul-consciousness by experience.
The relative strength of each compound is measured by its birth chart marker’s astrodyne power score; and you can use this data to assess the influence of each thought-compound as strong, moderate or weak.
Thought-compounds mapped by aspects with high power scores will play an influential role in your life story. More power implies more experience.
Some aspects have harmony scores. The harmony indicates that their corresponding thought-compounds are embedded with a consciousness of harmony that is working to attract fortunate events and conditions.
Some aspects have discord scores. The discord indicates that their corresponding thought-compounds are embedded with discordant desire that is working to attract unfortunate events.

It provides data pertaining to the thought-compounds that have been embedded in your character by experience. They’re working to attract events and conditions so you can view your chart’s aspect grid is an event directory.
Your most active thought-compounds are mapped by aspects with high astrodyne power scores. They’re working to attract recurring events and situations that match how they feel.
Aspects with harmony scores map thought-compounds that are working to attract fortunate events and conditions; and the aspects with discord scores map thought-compounds working to attract unfortunate events.
High-discord aspects sign for stressful life events.
