Short and simple: Marriage and you

Marriage is a house 7 life-matter.

There is no planet of marriage.

A progressed aspect to the ruler of house 7 stimulates your house 7 thought-cells to work to attract marriage. However, as you’ll have a powerful progressed aspect to the ruler of house 7 at various times in your life, it’s evident that your house 7 thought-cell activity, apart from proper conditioning and proper environment, doesn’t always predispose to marriage. Instead, the event it attracts may relate to a non-marital partnership, a lawsuit, open enemies or competitors, or to contacts with the public.

Any important event affecting house 7, whether it be marriage, divorce, a law suit or partnership, requires that your house 7 thought-cells gain new extra-physical (psychokinetic) power through a progressed aspect.

(Court action to dissolve a marriage requires that the thought-cells relating to law and the court gain sufficient extra-physical power through a progressed aspect to the ruler of house 9.)

A harmonious progression to house 7 inclines towards a successful marriage.

Partnership, whether in or out of marriage, isn’t always associated with affection.

Rather frequently a stronger motive, or at least an accessory motive, may be found in the desire for companionship, a home, financial security, children, social prestige, or business advantages.

You can feel affection for your marriage partner and/or a child, close relative, friend or coworker. Whoever, the affection energy your feeling builds thought elements into the thought-cells mapped by Venus in your birth chart.

If a woman your opposite sex planet is the Sun. Its birth chart power reveals the importance of men in your life and its harmony or discord reveals their influence as fortunate or unfortunate.

If a man your opposite sex planet is the Moon. Its birth chart power reveals the importance of women in your life and its harmony or discord reveals their influence as fortunate or unfortunate.

If a woman your same-sex planet is the Moon; and if a man your same-sex planet is the Sun.

Marriage is a physical union so success requires that you and your partner have compatible personal magnetisms. It’s also a mental union so success requires that you and your partner have common interests to discuss and talk about. And it’s also a spiritual union so success requires that you and your partner have compatible religious and spiritual views.

A marriage partnership is ruled by house 7 but sex and amative relations, in or out of marriage, as well as pleasures, entertainment, and matters relating to your offspring, are mapped by house 5.

You should know your birth chart predispositions in regard to marriage well before love has caused you to become blind to logic, common sense and reason.

Your ability to get along well with your marriage partner and other people in general requires harmonious house 7 thought-cells.

House 7 discord tends towards marriage difficulties.

To mend the discord pleasantly associate constructive thoughts of the planet ruling house 7 with thoughts of marriage and thoughts about other people in general.

Whenever thoughts about the antagonism of others, or thoughts which are antagonistic to others begin to edge into your consciousness, you should displace them with pleasant thoughts relative to other people including your marriage partner using either the constructive thoughts of the planet ruling house 7, or the constructive thoughts of its mental antidote.

If your opposite sex planet – the Sun if a woman and the Moon if a man – is discordant you can treat the misguided thought-cells by applying constructive thoughts of its type or those of its mental antidote. This will assist to bring better fortune where the opposite sex in general, including your partner, is concerned.

To make your affectional matters more fortunate, including those that relate to marriage, every time thoughts relating to affection start unpleasant emotions, bring to mind something pleasant relating to your affections. And a bit of Saturn caution may be used to see to it that you don’t place yourself in social situations where your affectional relations give rise to discordant emotions.
