It’s crunch time for the in-sky Saturn-Neptune conjunction

Here on Earth, there are two-sides to every story.

There’s the inside story scripted by astrological inner-plane weather events; and the outside story defined by outer-plane events and conditions and the actions of human actors.

And in 2025 the dominant inner-plane weather influencing the world is Saturn conjunction Neptune in the sky; and the significant events here on Earth are Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan for Gaza – a Neptune ideal; and the development and hype associated with artificial intelligence.

Saturn

Saturn is the planet of fear and planet Earth is a fear factory. From the get-go fear has been the chief influencer affecting humanity’s decision-making and progress.

In some countries fear underpins the governing authority. Just look at China, the Middle East, eastern Europe, North Korea, Venezuela and America(?).

In the Pluto period of Aquarius, Aquarian Age fear is all around you. It’s playing a central role in shaping democratic societies and how they function. It’s in your work place and on your daily news feeds.

Saturn rules the safety urges aka your desire to stay safe. It’s all about me and your impulse for self-preservation. Security is your chief concern. You’re doing everything you can to keep yourself safe. You’re practicing cyber security to safeguard your personal finances from hacking and phishing attacks.

Worry is the fear that you won’t adequately handle some situation and you’re worried about sickness, disease, unemployment, poverty, loss, hardship, climate change and economic uncertainty.

But fear is the most unprofitable feeling you can feel. It’s a back-at-you emotion that attracts the very thing that’s feared.

In 2025 climate tipping points are being crossed and that’s something to worry about and fear.

Neptune

Neptune is the planet of price bubbles and in 2025 AI is booming, the US stock market is booming, bitcoin (crypto-currency) is booming, gold is booming and the Aquarian Age tech sector is booming.

There’s a boom in mega-deals. Capital is cheap investors are confident and bosses are happy. Wishful thinking is rampant.

Those in charge of the show predict that in a few years – some reckon 2027 – they will have created AGI – artificial general intelligence – and it will outcompete with the average human at all cognitive tasks.

The same movers and shakers talk about risks: like AI-enabled terrorists building bioweapons or AI misbehaving, slipping its leash and outwitting humanity.

Driven by urges they know nothing about the AI pioneers are rushing to create ever more powerful AI models believing which ever company or country gets the superintelligence first will accrue an assailable lead and will be the winner.

Fear acts as a break and causes people to be cautious but not it seems when it comes to making million-dollar investments in AI.

Saturn’s need for caution is going unheeded.

Over the years experts here on Earth have tried to model when there’s a bubble, but it’s a futile exercise. They only have access to data pertaining to the outer-world.

So, they’re talking about the stunning gains in the American stock market; global spending on AI; Neptune’s tangled web of $100bn deals involving AI companies, chip makers, investors and shareholders; and the soaring price of gold, silver and bitcoin.

But are missing a crucial bit of data: Saturn conjunction Neptune in the sky.

The in-sky Saturn-Neptune conjunction has fueled unprecedented investment loans and revenue growth; and Neptune is very inclined to announce major initiatives and product plans that it doesn’t have the capital to pay for.

Saturn is the planet of panics and when a Neptune bubble bursts Saturn panics and then the gloom and pessimism set in.

Saturn’s plane of existence is where worry, anxiety, fear, gloom, bleakness, pessimism and despair reside.

What’s in store

Major Saturn-Neptune events merge visionary schemes, involved affairs, slavery, oil, gas, aviation, drugs, pharmaceuticals, dramatic art, films and movie actors with safety, economy, poverty, land, minerals, buildings, crops on the land, destruction by storm and the farmer, miner and common laborer.

Neptune exaggerates expectations and inflates hopes and Saturn’s ultraconservatism puts the brakes on progress.

Peace moves in Gaza will struggle as Saturn’s self-interest overrides Neptune’s idealistic hopes; and the investment boom in artificial intelligence is in for a reckoning.

Security is a key issue and countries are building anti-drone systems and air and space shields.

Major events in the US-China trade-tariff (Saturn) war are likely and they’ll have an adverse effect on the world economy.

Debt burdened governments (Saturn) are facing fiscal crisis.

In total, 86 countries owe the IMF SDR 118.9 billion, roughly equivalent to $162bn.

(The SDR is not a currency. It’s an international reserve asset thats value is based on a basket of five currencies – the US dollar, the euro, the Chinese renminbi, the Japanese yen, and the British pound sterling.)

The three countries that owe the most make up almost half of the total, while the top 10 countries owe 73 percent.

Argentina owes the most, with SDR 41.8 billion (about $57bn) in outstanding credit, followed by Ukraine with SDR 10.4 billion ($14bn) and Egypt with SDR 6.9 billion ($9bn).

Argentina is the IMF’s largest borrower, with its debt exceeding the combined total of the following seven countries – Ukraine, Egypt, Pakistan, Ecuador, Ivory Coast, Kenya and Bangladesh.

Argentina is the recipient of the most bailouts in IMF history. In 2018 it secured a $57bn loan – the largest in IMF history – to address fiscal imbalances after facing a currency crisis and double-digit inflation.

In 2025 countries have struggled to bring Neptune’s inflation under control and it will continue to contribute to the high cost of living in 2026.

Saturn is the planet of minerals and mining and America is doing deals for rare-earth minerals.

The in-sky Saturn-Neptune reaches peak power on February 20, 2026 and as it moves to peak power major national and international events bearing its signature are more inclined to occur.

A month later on March 26, 2026 at 9.26pm GMT Saturn moves from south to north declination and a new 14-year Saturn cycle commences and in the chart Saturn is conjunction Sun and Neptune.

It indicates that Saturn’s safety and security agenda is a top-of-the-list political-governance issue involving visionary schemes.

And on April 24, 2026 at 4.41am GMT two months after the in-sky Saturn-Neptune conjunction is at peak power Neptune moves from south to north declination heralding the start of a new Neptune cycle.

It’s a short 370-day cycle and short cycles are notoriously foreboding.

It’s likely that a major event associated with the in-sky Saturn-Neptune conjunction prior to April 24, 2026 will act as a catalyst ushering in a very difficult time with the world struggling with its consequences.

Neptune in this short Neptune cycle is semisextile Sun (the governing authority), trine Moon (the common people), sextile Venus (women), conjunction Saturn (hardship and loss), sextile Uranus (invention, innovation and change) and sextile Pluto (groups and cooperative effort).

These new Saturn and Neptune cycles commence at a time when nationalism is running rampant, division is tearing the world apart, climate change is wreaking havoc, AI is steamrolling ahead unchecked, and the world is burdened with multiple overwhelming problems.

The new Saturn cycle will give tremendous impetus to safety-security issues and the Neptune cycle gives momentum to schemes for global betterment, human rights and freedom.

October 21, 2025: Sergei Naryshkin, head of Russia’s SVR intelligence service, says ‘The world is now experiencing its most fragile moment for international security since World War Two, namely a period of qualitative transformation of the global order;’ and that a willingness to compromise is needed to avoid a new global conflict.
