The astrological ages that influence humanity’s mental, emotional and spiritual development for approximately 2,148 years commence when the equinox in its journey though the zodiac changes its sign position.

Pluto is the planet of transitions and the influence of the highly destructive thought-force that Hermetic astrology identifies as Lower-Pluto during the transition phase of the most recent astrological ages is well documented.
Lower-Pluto has been the arch enemy of The Brotherhood of Light and the forces of enlightenment for a very long time. Its influence is highly pernicious, cunning and destructive.
The first section of any age is ruled by the Sun. It brooks no rivalry for power and consequently, the commencement of each age is marked by a struggle for domination of some kind.
When the equinox backed from Taurus into Aries the transition into the Arian Age saw the same forces that are now trying to dominate and enslave the world use their earthly emissaries, the priests of Amen, in their effort to crush true religion and all intellectual freedom in Egypt.
They first fostered anarchy, then instigated the murder of the founder of the Seventh Dynasty, and replaced him with his sister – Queen Nitokris. After a twelve-year rule, during which she tried to resist the pressure of these priests, she succeeded in destroying the treacherous nobles who were working for the priests and committed suicide.
According to tradition at this time in 2440BC The Brotherhood of Light, in order to persist, became a secret organization: And should any authoritarian dictator today, under the same Lower-Pluto influence succeed in gaining world dominance, as the priests of Amen were successful in dominating Egypt in that day, the forces of light and enlightenment would again be compelled to go into hiding.
These priests of Amen crushed true religion in Egypt, kept the populace in ignorance, and encouraged hatred, fear and the use of curses and maledictions. They were earlier prototypes of those who strive to enslave the world today by spreading false atheistic teachings and depriving people of their basic human rights and freedoms.
2000 years later the struggle for dominion at the transition into the Piscean Age resulted in the commencement of the Roman Empire.
During the three hundred years of the Sun section of the Piscean Age Rome gained dominance over the known world. Toward the end of that time the assassination of Julius Caesar ended the Republic, ushered in the Roman Empire, and prepared the way for the suppression of true religion and the dissemination of enlightenment.
During the transition from the Arian into the Piscean Age the Lower-Pluto forces were again defeated. The Religion of the Stars could be taught openly. Many Greek savants declared themselves disciples of the Chaldeans and boasted of being instructed in their schools.
It was during this transition period into the Piscean Age that the museum in Alexandria flourished, and savants from all parts of the world came there to continue their learning. It was the greatest period of intellectual freedom the world had ever known.
But selfish, ambitious, totalitarian rulers later suppressed both intellectual and religious freedom, and once more threw the shadow of darkness across the face of the Earth. The Religion of the Stars had to go into hiding along with all religions except the one which at the time was sanctioned by the state.
And now in the 21st-century the transition into the Aquarian Age which commenced in 1881 is being played out in real-time and judging by the past, as well as the positions of the planets, the signs indicate an ongoing struggle for world domination.
The Pisces-Aquarius transition
